Inkjet Insight is introducing a new feature called “Mixing drINKs” that gives me an excuse to drink with my friends, talk inkjet and share a behind-the-scenes view of the analysts that develop our great content. Joining me to kick off the series are Inkjet Insight co-founder Mary Schilling and Mark Bale, Director of DoDxAct which I finally learned to pronounce correctly during the episode. (DoDxACT I mean, I could already pronounce Mark and Bale without too much challenge.)
I also learned that future episodes should involve a less alcoholic cocktail if I’m the one doing the interviewing. But if you care to throw caution to the wind, here is my recipe for a Cider Sidecar:
1 1/2 ounces cognac
1/2 ounce orange liqueur (Triple Sec preferred)
1/2 ounce lemon juice, freshly squeezed
1 ounce apple cider (or as Mark suggests – hard cider)
Garnish: orange twist
Garnish: sugar rim (optional)
If our readers like the feature, we may make this live and invite you to join us. Interested? Let us know.
