Inkjet Book Publishing Workflow – Video

In Books, Video by Elizabeth Gooding0 Comments

I had the chance to interview Martin Aalsma, VP with King Printing, about his experience developing efficient workflows for publishing, and specifically inkjet printed books. King Printing is a Massachusetts-based, short-run book printing operation specializing in printing and binding for self-published authors, small businesses and publishing companies. King combines traditional and digital printing, including a fleet of 4-color HP PageWide presses, and provides a wide variety of finishing and binding capabilities under one roof. Also interesting to note is that King was an early adopter of digital in general, and one of the first in the publishing industry to adopt inkjet.

Martin has some good tips on buying or building software workflows to drive efficiencies in the publishing industry. We love hearing from book printers who are growing pages with inkjet.
