Boise Paper of Chicago, IL, a division of Packaging Corporation of America introduces a new line of papers expanding their high speed inkjet line up.
Offered through Boise’s Digital Paper Program, a 96 Bright Opaque and 97 bright Digital Elite papers are offered for high profile print projects requiring higher ink hold out for 50, 60 and 70# weights.
The 96 Bright Opaque is an untreated grade providing a 92 to 96 opacity with 125 Sheffield smoothness. The 97 Bright Digital Elite is a highly versatile bright white treated sheet which boasts 92-95 opacity with 100-130 smoothness. Smoothness range is determined on paper weight chosen.
These two new brighter, smoother and higher opacity grades compliment their existing Treated 92 Bright Digital Standard Grade offered in 50, 60 and 70# at 90 to 92 opacity and 150 smoothness. Each paper grade is available now and also offered made to order.
Each paper can be used with aqueous dye or pigment, but treated grades will respond best with aqueous pigment. Boise advertises their existing line of Opaque, Digital Elite and their Digital Standard are all faster drying, acid free for archival quality, certified through FSC® or SFI® and proudly made in the USA.
