Ed Jansen says that Canon is an innovative company. He should know, he’s been with the company since he started with Siemens through acquisition by Océ Systems and is now the VP Marketing for Canon Solutions America. I had the opportunity to talk to Ed about the innovation balancing act that all OEMs need to perform to keep customers happy while pursuing market share.
