Inkjet Insight offers training to sales, management, designers and print operations professionals. Our goal is to help you be successful with inkjet implementation, growing volume on your new platform and ensuring that designs take full advantage of press capabilities.

This workshop will help sales teams connect with customers by focusing on:

  • Relevant Messaging - how to be clear, concise and effective.
  • Tools, strategies and platforms for engagement

Training will be delivered in two sessions:

  • Session 1 (60 minutes) – Focused on delivering concise messaging to keep your sales cycles moving. Teams will be given a practice sales assignment for role-play and review with the trainer. The assignment will reinforce the learning in Session 1 and prepare the team for Session 2.
  • Session 2 (90 minutes) – Here we apply focused coaching based on messaging assignments for various scenarios. The group will review the assignment and then we’ll practice using web-based delivery tools and discuss best practices.

Deliverables:

  • Review of assignment for Session 1 with custom coaching.
  • Best practices checklist for engaging with customers from home.
  • Role-play assignment to reinforce video messaging.

Part 2 of the Outside to Inside program will work through real customer scenarios. This workshop will help sales people to:

  • Enhance their value proposition to get meetings.
  • Engage through LinkedIn, email, and phone using different approaches and starting points.
  • Write effective emails and direct messages
  • Deliver proposals and close sales via online meetings

Training will be delivered in two sessions:

  • Session 1 (60 minutes) – Email and phone call coaching to connect and get confirmed meetings. The team will be given a practice assignment at the end of the session. This assignment will reinforce the learning in Session 1 and prepare the team for Session 2.
  • Session 2 (90 minutes) –Sales coaching will be the focus of this follow-up session. The group will review the assignment and then we’ll discuss effective online delivery of proposals.
  • Between Session 1 and Session 2 the group will meet internally, headed by sales leadership, to align on strategies for Session 2.

  • Recommendations for effective sales process for remote touchpoints.
  • Coaching to review emails for engaging content.
  • Strategies for effectively conducting meetings by webcam
  • Assignment - draft proposal

Geared for print sales teams making the migration to full color inkjet production. Content will include:

  • Understanding key business drivers for color.
  • Proof-points on the value of color (cognition, emotional response, supporting research).
  • Overview of production color processes.
  • Understanding and communicating cost/benefit tradeoffs.
  • Setting expectations with clients for inkjet and color processes (operational boundaries).
  • How to spot potential design/production issues before pricing.
  • Color process improvement opportunities and how to find them (revenue enhancing applications).
  • How to communicate the key benefits of inkjet and overcome customer objections.
